1.To create interest in the study, 1stly BRIEF Facts of each case are given.
2. Then Proceeding before the Trial court, High court and Supreme Court are given 
1. In 'Proceedings before the Trial court' heading 
(i) What Charges were framed against the accused, which evidence was led by prosecution?  Defense evidence produced by the accused 
(ii) Pleas of the prosecution and of the accused.
(iii) Finding of the trial court are mentioned 
2. In the 'Proceedings before the Appellate/High Court' heading 
(i) Reliefs sought by the appellant and respondent
(ii) Points in Issue in issue before the Court
(iii) Fresh pleas of both the Parties and
(iv) Points in issue 
(iv) Findings of the High Court are mentioned 
3. In the 'Proceedings before the Supreme Court' heading again:
New points of law raised by the appellant and replies given by the respondent are elaborated.
5. Finally Findings and New Principles(if any) laid down by the Apex court are singled out .
6. Relevant portions of the judgments are reproduced for reference. To more clarify the issues, the relevant portions are again highlighted in the paragraphs of the judgments.
